Jorge Ballesteros Fernandez was born in May 27, 1983 ( San Sebastian ) Spain . When he was 6 years old he moved to Madrid with his family. He got the secondary school graduation and the Sciences bachelor´s degree finishing in 2002. Currently he is studying Business Administration and Management.

He always had great passion for competition sport since he was a child. He practiced judo, karate, athletics, soccer, basketball, handball court, ping pong, among others. Jorge was always a very competitive person.

Jorge always lived very close to the world of firearms due to his father fondness for IPSC competition. From a very early age he dreamed about being a top shooter.

San Sebastian (1988)

The fact that his father introduced him to this fascinating world was very important in his life and he began his training when he was only 16 years old. Unfortunately, the Spanish law didn't allow him to get the shooting license until he was 18 years old. During that time Jorge had to move to France for his first matches.

First French Nationals -Arcachon- (1999)

He could not shoot any match in Spain for two long years. There were some really hard moments, but also good memories remains there.

When he was only 18, and after having waited for so long and lot of hard training, he attended his first Spanish national championship getting the victory and mentioned as Overall Spanish Champion being Spain´s youngest shooter to win this title. Every training and effort done during so long were worth it. But this achievement was going to be just the beginning.

In recent years, his shooting career has improved. Jorge is demonstrating his great mastery and ability in national and international matches. His training system and continuity have made Jorge a great value for the world sport shooting.

Spanish Phase, Madrid (2003)

On the recent World Shoot XIV ( Ecuador ) Jorge Ballesteros got the Overall 3 rd Place in Open division reaffirming his great progress and dedication to this sport.

World Shoot XV -Ecuador- (2005)

At the age of 22 he already knows what it means to be in such prestigious match podium. Today, his aspirations have no limits. Jorge is waiting for the moment, and be ready to make his dream come truth, be Overall World Champion.
